Many U.S. citizens would agree that communism is a disease. However, there is another equally threatening disease that threatens many people in the United States which is just as awful, deadly and difficult to eradicate… cancer. What would you say if I told you that Cuba has had the vaccine against, the cure and the treatment for lung cancer? And, that now scientific studies have shown this vaccine against, treatment and cure can actually cure a variety of different types of cancers as well, and that Cuba has been sitting on this miraculous discovery for well over 25 years? Well, brace yourself, because Cuba does and has had the treatment and cure for cancer and have zealously and effectively guarded it and have kept the drug and the studies done of the drug under wraps for over 25 years, as they have witnessed, seen and heard of millions upon millions of people die of lung cancer worldwide each year. The miracle drug called CIMAvax. CIMAvax is a vaccine, treatment and cure for most types of lung cancer with the varying degrees of intensity, from stage 1 to stage 4. Cuban research of over 25 years had shown that CIMAvax has a success rate for treatment and cure of 70% of those that were allowed access to the drug. Also, worth noting, that Cuba and now U.S. scientists have learned that CIMAvax also has proven in U.S. studies to treat many other forms of cancers. Mainly, because, of his involvement with U.S. healthcare insurance reform, U.S. President Barack Obama, with his brainchild OBAMACARE in mind, was on a quest to acquire CIMAvax from the Cuban government and to develop it further not only for a cure to lung cancer but to end cancer altogether. Soon after U.S. intelligence reported that Cuba had the cure for lung cancer for decades, Obama began a campaign to acquire it by negotiating with the communist nation. So, in December of 2014 a very slow was in process to thaw a very icy cold diplomatic and contentious U.S. relationship with Cuba. Since learning that Cuba has had the vaccine and cure for lung cancer, Obama made it his presidential and humanitarian mission to obtain this vaccine, treatment and cure at all cost. Since CIMAvax’s existence, to-date statistics have shown that lung cancer was the leading cause of death in America and since Cuba has had the vaccine, treatment and cure lung cancer had claimed the lives of 4 million U.S. citizens. Obama began to thaw diplomatic relations on December of 2014, but officially visited the island of Cuba in March 2016, just before leaving office. Obama made the famous trip (that to some) was more infamous to Cuba with the First Lady Michelle, his two beautiful daughters and his mother in law. He was hailed a hero by a few and highly criticized by many for it. Obama was the first sitting U.S. President to visit Cuba since 1928. And, to make it official, a ceremony was held at the airport and was highly publicized, which was part of the deal negotiated with the communist island nation, the symbolic gesture was recorded for posterity. An official U.S. visit was necessary and a requirement to seal the deal and to walk out of the island with the precious cure for cancer. The thawing of U.S. Cuba diplomatic relationship was officially achieved in March 2016 by Obama to hold up his part of the deal. What most people didn’t know was that all this was a diplomatic tactic and ploy Obama had strategized to heroically save millions of U.S. lives. He walked out of The AirForce One Presidential aircraft with a smile and a handshake extended to Raul Castro in Cuba, but when he returned to the aircraft to the states, he returned with CimaVax and hope. The cure for cancer and the salvation of millions of lives was Obama motive. The Thawing of U.S. and Cuba Diplomatic Relations was a necessity. On December 17, 2014, U.S. President Barack Obama and Cuban President Raúl Castro announced the beginning of a process of normalizing relations between Cuba and the United States. The normalization agreement was secretly negotiated in preceding months, facilitated by Pope Francis and largely hosted by the Government of Canada. Meetings were held in both Canada and Vatican City. The agreement would see the lifting of some U.S. travel restrictions, fewer restrictions on remittances, U.S. banks’ access to the Cuban financial system, and the reopening of the U.S. embassy in Havana and the Cuban embassy in Washington, which both closed in 1961 after the breakup of diplomatic relations as a result of Cuba’s close alliance with the USSR. On April 14, 2015, the Obama administration announced that Cuba would be removed from the United States State Sponsors of Terrorism list. With no congressional action to block this within the permitted time period, Cuba was officially removed from the list on May 29, 2015. This marked a further departure by the United States from the Cold War conflict and its strain on Cuba–United States relations. On July 20, 2015, the Cuban and U.S. “interests sections” in Washington and Havana were upgraded to embassies. Did The Ends Justify The Means?

In future years, costs are likely to increase as the population ages and cancer prevalence increases. Costs are also likely to increase as new, and often more expensive; treatments are adopted as standards of care. Obama in intense negotiations with Raul Castro, he negotiated unprecedented U.S. access to Cuban medical studies of CIMAvax, and for the rights to CIMAvax, in exchange for a negotiated dollar amount and for lessened sanctions on U.S. citizens travel to Cuba along with many other demands made by the Cuban Government. CIMAvax and three additional Cuban-developed cancer immunotherapy treatments were Obama’s reward and the reward to all U.S. citizens. They are all presently in Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, New York and is still in the long process of being FDA approved and it’s in its clinical trial phase. Still Americans don’t the existence of CIMAvax, and consequently countless of people are dying in the U.S. daily because it takes many years for FDA approval. If you have lung cancer, even stage IV lung cancer (or any other type of cancer) and you need a life-saving treatment and cure contact the Cuban Embassy in Washington, D.C. and start working on your papers for a visa to Cuba. Another nearby country that has CIMAvax is Mexico but availability and access through Mexico is unknown. However, in Cuba anyone can go and with roughly $12,000 to $15,000 you can save your life or the life of a family member by obtaining the live saving cancer cure. Trump Administration and Cuba Upon entering the office, U.S. new president Donald Trump decided to tighten the embargo on Cuba, making it harder for U.S. citizens to travel to Cuba for any reason. However, these restrictions are new and fuzzy to say the least and it is unknown if the State Department would deny you a visa to Cuba for a life-saving cancer treatment. Health Care in Cuba The healthcare system in Cuba has rapidly deteriorated, as evidenced by some pictures (see below) that were taken at a major Havana hospital Calixto Garcia. In this regard, however, there continue to exist much communist propaganda on the quality of healthcare available to Cubans, with constant lies about free wonderful healthcare to Cuban citizens which is not true and so it is not recommended that you stay for treatment on the island. However, much is unknown about which health facility would be looking out for you. The Cuban Embassy in Washington is the best source of information for the particulars. Like with all things with the Cuban government, extreme care and caution is imperative. Healthcare and The Embargo The U.S. embargo has always been used as an excuse as to why all systems in Cuba fail. But that is simply not so. The Cuban contends that as a consequence of The Embargo the Cuban government has limited or no access to important funding, technology, as well as drugs manufactured in the U.S. The embargo was largely triggered by constant threats by the Cuban government on crimes against innocent citizens in Cuba and zero human rights and complete disregard, oppression and abuse to the countries citizens. Different Causes for Poor Healthcare in Cuba The Cuban government earns $8 billion plus every year on a program that enslaves the nations doctors for profit by sending them abroad in third world countries under very tough conditions. This is ironic because the pictures of the best hospitals in Havana show that the country can barely hold it together and that its own healthcare system is crumbling. With propaganda continuing to label the country’s healthcare system as one of the best in the world, those that have witnessed and experienced firsthand will certainly agree that this is indeed not true, due to the fact that in Havana, where there the country’s best health care facilities for the normal citizens, are the worst ever seen in the developing world. Eyewitnesses have experienced and have taken photographs that show poor sanitation, lack of beds and even lack of any important equipment in these hospitals.
The myth of the Cuban healthcare system
When talking about the poor conditions of the healthcare system in Cuba, one exiled Doctor James Suchlicki elaborated the bias that exists in Cuba when it comes to the access of medical or healthcare. He says that sadly, the Cuban healthcare system is designed in a way that mostly benefit the elite class which are comprised mostly of high-ranking communist officials and leaders. These include the military, government officials, writers, artists and so on. Then there is the real Cuban healthcare system, which is available to Cuba’s regular citizens. Here is where things just don’t add up because instead of this system being the most efficient, it is the most wretched. Different studies, as well as many eye-witness accounts, testimonials and documentation, have elaborated the plight of Cuban citizens when it comes to the access to proper healthcare. Citizens have been on the receiving end of the worst healthcare in the world because of the poor conditions in hospitals within the country, and of its dismal human rights and the countries disregard for their own citizens. This is evidenced by such disgusting unsanitary conditions present in these facilities. In fact, patients are forced to bring along their own bedding’s, in most cases their own medications and antibiotics that they are able to obtain via exiled relatives in the U.S., also things that are needed before checking in to a Cuban hospital is food (three meals a day), toiletries and even toilet paper. In Cuba there is a lack of basic medication for the regular citizen for the treatment of basic and simple conditions such as a headache (Gomez Dantes, 2018) and the list goes on and on. The lack of available medications for the regular citizen has caused a simple infection to worsen and cause loss of limbs, eyes and life. In Cuba there is a lack of aspirin, which is a fundamental medication for relieving pain. Moreover, there is a lack of Morphine which is a very necessary medication for post-operative people. It is quite sad that in Cuba, doctors always must work with outdated or broken and “rigged” equipment. Patients unless they’ve brought their own syringes must be injected with used syringes; the patient must supply their own syringes. The situation is so wanting that doctors have been forced to recycle disposable latex gloves. One American medic once told the Associated Press that during the Obama administration when sanctions were minimal, American doctors flying to Cuba had to carry along as much equipment as they could because of the uncertainty of the conditions of facilities in Havana. Worth noting is also the fact that Cuban doctors are not necessarily among the most privileged individuals in the country. One exiled doctor once told the Miami Herald that Cuban doctors in 2003 earned as low as $25 a month in their practice. This low wage is way too unfair compared to other developing countries, that ironically due to communist propaganda Cuba is considered eons ahead in every aspect of medicine then the developing nations that Cuba leases their enslaved doctors too, but that is hardly the case. These Cuban doctors are poorly trained, and taught rarely anything, not having free access to the internet nor books from “imperialist nations” so they only know what could be considered ancient medicinal practices that are outdated. The imposing and totalitarian communist regime has made it almost impossible for people wishing to leave the country in search of greener pastures elsewhere to leave. So doctors like 95% of the residents of Cuba have some type of exit strategy. As such some qualified doctors are forced into prostitution with the aim of getting married hence making it legal to depart the country. The healthcare system in Cuba has been falsely hyped with communist propaganda and rhetoric so much and the reality is that it is in dire need of an overhaul. The main reason for the deplorable conditions is a basic lack of human rights and regard that exist for the average Cuban citizen living on the island. Healthcare conditions are so terrible in Cuba that unbelievably so in a place that has discovered CIMAvax there is a recurrent outbreak of some ancient diseases such as tuberculosis, typhoid, and the rarest of all, leprosy. Being a communist regime, the government usually also exaggerates and lessen the numbers associated with mortality keeping in mind the global community watches keenly at this kind of statistic as a basis of determining the general health of any given nation. As such, Cuban doctors are often given specific instructions to closely administer prenatal and infant care, which includes close monitoring of women’s pregnancies by the regime (Gomez Dantes, 2018). If there happens to be an abnormality with the pregnancy at some point, the regime somehow manages to terminate or interrupt the pregnancy, mainly through the act of patient consent and non-patient consent abortion. In this regard, statistics show that Cuban abortion rates are at a rocket-high, which largely contributes to the low infant mortality rate numbers. The many Cuban doctors that are in service are at recoil at the state of the healthcare system in the country. As a result, some doctors have been forced to go into private practice by opening their own clinics to take care of the less privileged in society with proper standards and ethics, as opposed to government ideologies (2018). Even so, these doctors are often persecuted by their own regime. So dire is the dictatorship situation that Cuban doctors that find opportunities outside the country and decide to leave are labelled counterrevolutionary. Enslavement and Export of Doctors Abroad
The practice of exporting Cuban doctors from the island for foreign countries has also dramatically influenced the poor healthcare system in Cuba. This is a program where the Cuban government earns an annual $8 billion dollar plus for exporting and enslaving Cuban doctors, leasing them out to foreign countries which comes into modern day slavery contention. In this case, a few doctors fuel the myth of excellent healthcare in Cuba through showing and providing interested foreign diplomats with tours of majestic hospitals and research facilities only available to the Elite Communist Class, they successfully propagandize the doctors and scientific breakthroughs with of wonderful state-of-the-art show of quality healthcare in Cuba. Then the Cuban government exports and earns well over 8 billion plus dollars per year in its export of poorly educated and trained doctors who are not even allowed access to the internet to work in other third world countries. The irony that presents itself here is that as seen earlier, the hospitals in Havana are in very poor conditions and the university professors teach very primitive medicine, yet the government uses these enslaved doctors international as a source of income. Unfortunately, none of this income is ever seen by the enslaved doctors nor by the citizens of Cuba. The saddest thing of all is that CIMAvax isn’t even available to the Cuban doctors that are enslaved abroad nor to the average Cuban citizen nor to anyone that lack the tens of thousands of dollars to obtain it no matter what the Cuban government says, if you don’t believe me there is a grave I’d like you to visit in Miami of Jesus Cruz, my uncle that died here in Miami of lung cancer. He nor any member of our family ever knew that in Cuba he could have had the life saving vaccine. |
